Welcome to Solid Fizz. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By engaging with Solid Fizz, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

 

 

 

1. Definitions

• Company: Solid Fizz, a business consulting and marketing agency.

• Client: Any individual, company, or entity that purchases or uses our services.

• Freelancer: Third-party contractors hired by Solid Fizz to provide services on behalf of the company.

• Services: Business consulting, SEO, marketing, lead generation, email marketing, social media strategy, and any other solutions offered by Solid Fizz.

 

 

 

2. Services

2.1 Scope of Work

Solid Fizz provides business consulting, marketing, SEO, social media management, competitive research, and related services. The scope of each project is defined before engagement and agreed upon in writing.

2.2 Third-Party Freelancers

• Solid Fizz collaborates with external freelancers to complete projects.

• The company carefully selects freelancers but does not guarantee their work beyond the agreed-upon deliverables.

• Clients may not directly hire freelancers introduced by Solid Fizz without prior consent.

2.3 Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information for service execution.

• Clients must respond promptly to requests for information, feedback, and approvals.

• Clients are responsible for compliance with their country’s legal regulations regarding business and marketing activities.

 

 

 

3. Payments & Pricing

3.1 Pricing

• Pricing is determined based on project scope, complexity, and freelancer costs.

• Quotes are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.

• Additional work outside the initial agreement will be charged separately.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are due upon invoice issuance unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods: [Bank Transfer, PayPal, Stripe, etc.].

• Payment plans may be offered for long-term projects at Solid Fizz’s discretion.

3.3 No Refunds

• All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once a service has commenced.

 

 

 

4. Confidentiality & Data Protection

4.1 Non-Disclosure

• Solid Fizz agrees not to disclose client information to third parties without prior consent.

• Clients must not disclose Solid Fizz’s pricing, processes, or freelancer details to competitors.

4.2 Data Security

• Solid Fizz takes reasonable precautions to protect client data but is not liable for third-party breaches.

• Clients agree to use secure methods when sharing sensitive information.

 

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership of Deliverables

• Clients retain ownership of final deliverables upon full payment.

• Solid Fizz retains the right to use completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

5.2 Use of AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated content provided by Solid Fizz is licensed for client use but must comply with platform policies (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

• Solid Fizz is not responsible for algorithm changes that may affect AI-generated content’s effectiveness.

 

 

 

6. Termination & Cancellation

6.1 Client Termination

• Clients may terminate services with 3 days’ written notice.

• Fees for work completed up to termination will still be due.

6.2 Solid Fizz Termination

• Solid Fizz reserves the right to terminate services if a client:

• Fails to make payments.

• Engages in unethical or illegal business practices.

• Harasses or disrespects freelancers or staff.

 

 

 

7. Competitive Research & Ethical Guidelines

• Solid Fizz may conduct competitor research by posing as a client to analyze pricing and business strategies.

• Information obtained is used solely for strategy development and will not be misused or resold.

 

 

 

8. Liability & Disclaimers

• Solid Fizz does not guarantee specific results, as marketing and SEO depend on multiple factors.

• The company is not liable for any business losses resulting from services rendered.

• Clients assume full responsibility for how they implement Solid Fizz’s strategies.

 

 

 

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Turkish Jurisdictions
